You assume that because it affects you in that way it affects everyone the same, but that's simply not the case. Each body has it's own personal chemistry and that affects how any substance is processed by them. Especially the mind-altering substances.

ADHD, which all demigods have, is treated with stimulants which calms them down and helps them focus. It is only reasonable to believe that a depressant like Marijuana might have an opposite reaction in those with ADHD than those without it.

Even if this is not the case, it still comes down to each individual. Some mellow out, some wind up jittery, jumpy and paranoid. So, as I said before, you should be careful not to let them get a hold of your brownies.
